I am 24 years old, bellow middle class ordinary guy. My dad left us when i was 10 years old from that my maa took our responsibility on her shoulders she didn't even afraid about future she is working as a tailor till now. And I just need a secure life to live better. I completed my M. Sc then I prepared for competitive but I didn't concentrate well. Most of the time I live in my dream life. Its very different from the reality. I just want to live in that kind life like a big shot I wants to work in a creative field like writer or something but I don't know how could i? Looking at my family I have to earn money for our daily needs but i am responsible guy in the society. But I don't want to compromise I wants lead my life like a rich personality. Doctor please suggest me what should I do now?

Like you aptly described it you are living in a dream world. Your mother has done a marvelous job and you should not let it all go to waste by living in a fantasy world. Wanting to be rich is not a bad idea but expecting it to fall in your lap is just not on. All rich people have worked hard, and some of them without qualifications. You on the other hand are well qualified and you now need to go out and face the world. May be mom has been too protective around you and you have become lazy because of that. Plan your every day and chalk out a course of action with long term goals, and set up the short term goals to achieve those major objectives. I also suggest that you do an aptitude test and seek career guidance from a counselor to identify what you are made for and get serious about attaining them. The best reward you can give your mom is to give her a new lease of life: she is the one who should now live a life of comfort and enjoy your earnings. This cannot be done by living in an unreal world.
