Annular bulges at C4_5 & C5_6 intervertebral discs, causing indentation of the subarachnoid space. As far as MRI is concerned the report needs surgery to remove the disc which is bulging out to reduce compression. Though clinically you may have a different picture than what is in MRI so you have to consult a doc and get properly examined and evaluated and discuss things face to face the same.
