I have problems in my mouth it's like ulcer under my tong on my jaw area and feel like burning and test less mouth and tighten my mouth specially in the morning time .and even my ear is involved it's like heat is coming my right side area is stiff and jam I have check with Ent and dentist I am so confused they gave me medicine but nothing help please kindly help me.
