Hello sir .I'm very weak I want to do many things it's a precious time but due to lack of energy I can't do .I always feels tired ya I'm thin wt 45. So it may b d reason .but whenever I go out in morning just for only 1 hrs only then day time I need sleep .my body Nd brain need it as if I will forcefully try to study nothing go inside .so please suggest what to do to gain strength .to gain interest .to relax mind brain .to become energetic and active. I want to study bt I don't feel to study what to do please suggest.

You may start a multivitamin tablet... you may also take homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Q 10 drops in water before meals.. And do some Yogasanas and pranayamas...
