Please suggest me can I do gym and do all the exercises including carrying heavy weights and treadmill. Is running or jogging good for me as I have a slipped disc problem. And I am having a pain infact everyday. So is it a good idea. Please give us suggestions.

Hello lybrate-user, it will be better if you do gymming alone without weight lifting as it might put extra pressure over your spine.

Please avoid any exercise that can impact your joints or the back specifically. Please have patience and go slow. Yoga and swimming would? be a better option than even gym for the time being.
