I have been on antidepressants for more than 5 years now (dosage/day - duzela 40, milnace 50, lonazep 0.5 mg) additionally have been taking beta cap 40 (which goes up to twice a day sometimes) due to anxiety ,fast heart beat. Have been experiencing constant pain (sometimes sharp) on the left near heart and rapid heart beat which results into more fear of heart related issues. However all the tests - ecg, stress echo etc are always normal. What could possibly be other remedies. Exercise and walk is something that I already do.
