HI Lybrate user You have to try to improve your self esteem, identify that how you think about yourself and try to find one thing that you like about yourself and be thankful for who you are, accept yourself, don't compare yourself to others. All of us have a unique personality. Make a schedule for yourself spend some time daily with your hobby, try a new thing every day it should be something that you would not usually do, it could be small but in this process of doing something new, you are slowly stepping out of your comfort zone to make fresh start. It will boost your self confidence. Do daily meditation and yoga eat healthy sleep well. You can opt counselling sessions, if you don't find improving yourself. Thanks.

It seems it is your basic personality you want to change, for which yo need to consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist, get your personality assessed and go for CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) which would most likely help, but would take 15 to 20 months for the change to happen. All the best.
