I am a 21 year old female. I am 163 cm tall and 43 kg. I have always been skinny since I was little despite having a higher than average appetite and food consumption. I eat around 6 balanced meals a day consisting of a lot of vegetables, fruits, lentils, fish, rice and occasionally meat. I avoid cola, alcohol and other sugary stuff. So far I think I live quite healthy. I do not exercise much but my daily routine is quite physically taxing. I get only 5-6 hours of sleep a night. I do not particularly feel weak. My immunity is also quite good and I do not catch infections that often. I have had problems with healing of bruises and scratches since some 2 years now, right now being quite bad. I banged my leg on a bedside over 6 weeks ago (nothing really bad) and it is still black though the pain is almost gone. Any small bruise takes ages to go, my knees being the worst place. My hair also grows very very slow. All these things worry me a lot and I do not understand what is wrong. I am worried that if I have any major injury, this would cause big issues.
