How can I control my mind to think alot, without have any tension. That means e.g if I am travelling in a bus. Then I start to think about any person that is sitting there in the bus. When I go to sleep I start to think about the complete day, like what had happened to me on that day. Who told me what in the office and all. I want to control my mind to think non sense things. How can i?

Dear user. I can understand. Thinking is a complex mechanism and your mind's job is to think. If you allow you to think without having control over it, it will always wander into negative territories. You should train yourself to keep your thoughts under your control. Cognitive therapy will help you in this case. Take care.
