lybrate-userji, Thanks for the query. I think you are referring to TSH 0.002 mU/L. This is low. It signifies presence of hyperthyroidism. Please let me know is on treatment with any drugs? If yes, give details of drug and dosage. There is no special diet for these patients. No special precautions also are there. Only thing is regular treatment and periodic TSh (thyroid function) testing should be done. If you have any doubts please come back. Thanks.
