Sir my wife is 33-34 years old and USG report seen a calculus GB sludge 19 mm what should I do? Is it required to operate or Not?

Hello Sir, The normal lumen of Bile duct which is attached to gall bladder is around 4 mm. As you mentioned the stone size is 19 mm. Normally Gall bladder stones are present and remain silent for years till accidentally they are discovered on a routine Ultrasound. You may send me your wife's ultrasound reports through Lybrate.
