Hi doctor, My age was 24 and I am suffering from anxiety everyday from last two years after I left my home. I In previously when I am at home also I used to get thoughts like what happens if I stand on edge walls on terrace, what happens if somebody attacks me, what happens if I get a false mistake even I don't do. Whenever I tried to reduce these thoughts the more worse the anxiety. I had left brain blueness, vision changes, difficult to think and concentrate. I have social anxiety too. Doctorsted me to take mirtazapine 7.5 and etilaam. Anxiety symptoms are worst if I masturbates. Dear doctor please help. Me out to change these thoughts and live a balance life.
