Tsh 4.3 milli units/ml is higher than upper limit (range 0.4 to 4.0mu/ml). Therefore, it is most likely you have the thyroxine deficiency. This condition can ead to a multiple of symptoms including hair loss. Hence, immediatley treatment with replacing of thyroid hormone has to be started, dosage can be decided on your weight and tsh levels. Please come up with a private question so that drug therapy can written by l me.
