Proxy treatment for an adult refusing treatment requires you to submit a petition to magistrate/ judge who will examine the said person by summoning and then refer her to a psychiatrist (medical board) for assessment by a reception order. Based on the psychiatric teams finding the said person can be forceful treated under the judge's supervision so human rights are not violated at the same time, a suffering mentally ill person lacking insight, get treated correctly. All the best.
