Due to intense thinking, my mind gets easily tired. Sometimes I am unable to arrange thoughts or task one by one. Various thoughts comes in my mind. When I try to manage them, headache started. Due to stress or headache, I can't focus and concentrate on study. Just because of this I am losing my confidence in speaking, behaving, hesitation, stammering etc. Becoming aggressive easily on small issues. Please suggest me to treat meant for mind, how can I make healthy and active my mind?
