My mother has stomach uncomfortableness since a couple of months. When she takes medicines for worms she gets relief but after the course it comes back. She is 73, hypertensive and borderline diabetic but well managed.

1) Consult a gastroeneterologist for a complete evaluation of her symptoms instead of self treating it. 2) Sometimes this type of discomfort in stomach area is also a sign of cardiac problem and since your mother is 73 it will be prudent to rule out any heart related cause of this too, so get a ECG and Echo done consult a cardiologist and consult them based on these reports for need of a TMT test.
