Hello This is suggestive of allergy It usually resolves at age of 15yrs but It may persist in later life also Try A. Avoid exposure to dust B cold compresses C. Avoid rubbing D. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently E. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases
