Relax dear Lybrate user. The type of pain you've explained is really an excruciating one which may have a negative impact on your physical, psychological and social health. I would like to make sure that whether your scans, eye tests, blood tests are normal, you better get a neuropsychiatric opinion on your problem. You have to see a neurologist and a psychiatrist to rule out any underlying issues. For example, if a person who has been experiencing a chronic stressful life situation or has got a particular type of personality characters, he/she may have these kind of symptoms (medically Migraine /one-sided head ache) which can be called psychosomatic symptoms (psychological problems being expressed as bodily pains without any apparent reason. Don't lose heart. There is a handful of treatment techniques available at present. My opinion is INTEGRATIVE THERAPY which includes most probably all the systems of medicine like allopathy, Ayurveda, yoga, psychotherapy, naturopathy etc. That can certainly give you a solution.
