Dear Lybrateuser, - Your fatigue, shortness of breath, lethargy, sleepiness could be due to anxiety & nutritional deficiency - for gerd, along with medication follow dietary precautions - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also limit tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have meals on time have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - have B Complex & calcium supplement (preferably take foods rich in calcium) - take a walk after dinner for 5-10 min as may give some relief from restless leg syndrome.
