Can I have suggestion on foods I can eat and foods to avoid when dealing with rheumatoid arthritis. Thanks.

Eat healthily, take your medicines no other advice works or required. Don't believe in specific RA diets, they don't help. Junk food is bad for the body, as it is for RA. If you feel something is causing your RA to flare, avoid it. But most times wrong perpetuated myths give you psychological belief that certain foods cause arthritis, which has no conclusive evidence whatsoever. Best wishes
