I am diabetic person. I am 44 now. I am weighing 72 kg. Can you please tell me whether I can have jowar rotte instead of Wheat chapati?

Its advisable for diabetics to have multigrain rotti. So you can mix various flour of chana, soayaben and wheat and make rotti. And instead of having only jowar or bajra you can have jowar one day, bajra the next and multigrain the other day. This will provide you with essential dietary nutrients and break everyday monotony of having the same flour rotti.

jawar roti is not palatable for prolonged period. Best is whole wheat or multigrain.
