I consulted a doctor with lower back pain and muscle fatigue while walking. He asked to take an X ray and he said it shows my lower spine has straightened and doesn't have any curvature it naturally have. I want some a second opinion and also if the medicines provided would cure me These are the medicine he prescribed for 3 weeks 1. Pantoprazole gastro resistant tablet 2. Deflazacort tablets 6 mg 3. Trypsin chymotrypsin with paracetamol & Aceclofenac Will these straighten my spine.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
