I have yellow stains on the front of my teeth. More are there in the backside of the teeth. I would like to know how to remove teeth stains naturally from home.

Kitchen remedies are not a very good idea as you might end up using abrasive substances which might erode your teeth more. More over the results with home remedies are not very assuring. U may need a professional cleaning session. After which you need to evaluate if you have any superficial stains or internal stains. External stains can be got rid off by Bleaching agents, and for internal stains you may have to opt for caps or venners. please consult your doc And get your problem diagnosed. Do not try anything by urself as you may end up harming urself.

Yellow stains can be due to many reasons like consuming tea, coffee, red wine, tobacco, fizzy drinks etc. It can be treated by a home remedy but I won't prefer to treat by doing it as it can give a side effect also on your teeth.
