I can not open mouth fully. Please suggest me. I also used some medicine i.e-lycopene 1500 mg, antioxidant and some other immunity booster medicine.

It might be due to third molar erupting or oral submucous fibrosis in which you develop bands in the mouth. This is all due to excessive eating of tobacco. So my concern would be for you to visit a nearby dentist.
