My height is 4.8 feet tall and I weigh is 58 kg and I don't smoke neither do I take in alcohol. My eating habits are: I eat three times a day but at first I used to take breakfast but for the past two months I have stop taking breaking fast. I normally take heavy foods like rice and other carbohydrates foods.

hi, start taking healthy breakfast . not having breakfast contributes into weight gain cut on carbohydrates and increase protein in your diet. also do some physical exercises like brisk walking or aerobics. drink lots of water.
