Dear Lybrate I am a diabetic n under insulin control. I feel very tired always n feel sleepy all the time. I sleep for almost 14 hrs than also I feel drowsy. please tell me how to feel energetic n feel less sleepy.

Sleeping 14 hours doesn't mean you are resting. Sleep can be tiresome if it's not deep one. Do pranayam every morning. Before sleeping, do shavasan. Keep sleep time same every day. Same with food. In couple of weeks you should get a good sound sleep, and energy after you wake up.
