I have pimples in my forehead what can I do I also use epiduo gel but they are spreading.

It is normal for acne to flare when starting a retinoid. It is working by exfoliating the skin, opening up the pores and unclogging the trapped oil, so expect this for the first 2-4 weeks. It normally takes 6-12 weeks to start noticing improvement of acne when starting any new acne regimen. Along with medicine, it's important to wash your face twice daily with a mild cleanser to prevent sebum build up. Drink plenty of fluids. Do not apply oil on scalp .Check if you have dandruff coz that can be a reason for forehead pimples.
