Dear Deepa. Thanks for the question. First of all you must understand medicines are prescribed by professionals named doctors who understand the patient, the disease and the medicines. Therefore as a person who do not have any knowledge about anything about these three, how the person is going determine the problem he or the other person is facing, is emergency condition or not ? How to identify what is the problem and how to treat and what medicine to be given ? Best option is to consult a doctor at the earliest. Take care
