I am very short tempered. And have a huge concentration problem. Life is really getting worse as I am consistently doing silly mistake and very poor work progress. Lots of dreams at night, no sound sleep and wake up depressed.

Hello librate user, nature and the personality of the individual does not change however hard one tries. Life is getting worse as you are not ready to let go things, you accumilate it more more resulting into mistakes resulting into poor work quality. One needs to chanallize our engeries and learn from mistakes. Wake up early in the morning n do meditation for 10 min this will increase your concentration resulting in good work quality. Dream are the unconscious thought process which we think in the entire day, they are very normal. Since you r not getting sound sleep you are feeling depressed. Drink one glass of warm milk and warm shawer before it ,this ll relax your brain nerves resulting in sound sleep. Do this regularly and see the change in you. Do sleep early and wake up early.
