Having chronic depression for last 15 years. Can not lift head from pillow, suicidal thoughts, weight gain, not able to walk, no coordination, can't recognize people.

Dear lybrate-user, Since 15 years you are suffering. Have you taken any treatment so far from any psychiatrist? If not consult a psychiatrist not only for treatment, but also for a better diagnosis. No coordination, can't recognize people, not able to walk, can not lift head from pillow, etc may not be due to depression alone. I don't know your age. In older persons these symptoms may be due to neurological or hormonal disorder. Depression may be added due to long duration of 15 years.
