Sir, I have a 10 mm gallstone in my gall bladder when I take ultrasonography. I consult a doctor and take ursocol 300 mg since last one month. Sir, can it dissolve? Kindly suggested me.

hello sir. stone is almost 1cm. it will not dissolve with ursocol or any other medication. many people claim that there are medicines which dissolve stones but practically in my carrier of around 9 years i have not seen a single stone dissolving. small stones can pass through common bile duct into small intestine but stones more than 3mm do not pass. if you are symptomatic with pain and indigestion kindly plan for gall bladder surgery( laparoscopic cholecystectomy)
