I am 22 years old. I have diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I have been taking dulot 60 MG & sizodon since w months once daily. This medication improves my mental condition. Still I am unable to feel emotion. My consultant psychologist recommend fro CBT. I am suffering with this psychiatrist illness since 1 year. How I conquer suicidal thoughts coming to mind every time as I have no emotion attachment with anyone & After taking many medication also my mental condition Is not improving to the expectations. Pls suggest how can I improve my mental condition.

You need to start some relaxation techniques like Light Music, Meditation, Pranayam etc. Take Adequate rest and sleep. Take plenty of water and juices specially rich in vitamin C n Antioxidants. It is strongly recommended to consult personally so I can make you understand how to relax tour mind and how to get rid of Dipression without taking medicines.
