Last month, my ECG showed some problem. THen TMT showed minor jerk in 4th quadrant. One cardiologist advised me for angiography followed by angioplasty. Other cardiologist told me" Nothing panic right now to opt for angiography immediately" I am bit nervous. BP high around 160/98, Taking tazloc 80 (12.5). Other medicine include Blood sugar and ecosprin AV 75/20. Pladvise me the urgency of angiography.

If your ECG and TMT both showed problem (but without looking at the ECG and TMT graph, I can only assume that the interpretation is correct) then it will be sensible to get an angiography done. You should also get a Echocardiography test done too. Angiography will help in finding out with 100% surety if the changes in the ecg are due to a heart block or is it just a false positive. If in angiography there is no blockage then you can be assured, in case there is blockage then it can be treated. When done by experienced intervention cardiologist angiography has very minimal risks associated, so instead of stressing so much get your angiography done and end the worry.
