I am 52 year male, recently I have been detected diabetes, started taking following meds as per doctor's advice from last two days glynase (1/4) morning, cobadex czs afternoon & cardace 1.25 night, is it safe to take pan d as I am having sever acidity, I used to take it before this medication also.

It would have been better if you had given details about blood glucose levels,(fasting & PP, after initiating the treatment) and HbA1c%,Plus BP readings, Lipid profile. Your BMI is 26.78 kgs/M2, showing overweight. It is necessary to reduce the weight for better blood glucose control. Weight reduction will also help in reducing the acidity. Taking a PPI if needed can be continued. Thanks.
