For approx 8 months I am suffering with anxiety disorders. I am trying to help myself with exercises and yoga but I feel panic attacks often. Some times mood swings are also there, all of a sudden feeling low. Recently I have started experiencing tightening of jaw muscle. Although I try to keep myself busy so that I am tired and I get good sleep at night. Recently I have also experienced intolerance for sudden sound and loud sound. I am 27 years old and I am in defence.
