Hello i'm 30 years old mother of two kids. At night I feel restless in my legs. There is no pain but something that cause restless in legs. Every time if I stretched my legs I feel better for few minutes. After that it goes on till I slept. What is it. Please help.

Hi give hot compression around low back, and do trunk extension exercise, trunk side rotation exercise with 10/time in 2 time daily. Reduce body weight. Consult after 5 days.
