Dear Dr. My Daughter 13 years old and she is 63 Kgs. Around her neck and and both arms folding places skin color is completely Dark (black). It is looking very bad. Kindly suggest what treatment she need to take to cure from that. Really we don't know which doctor will treat this. Kindly suggest and help to my Daughter.
