I am on day 4 post surgery of tonsillectomy and I feel so much pain in the back end of my teeth. I can't eat anything and my throat hurts real bad swallowing. I am advised to gargle three times a day with few drops of hydrogen peroxide in water. Is their any pain killer. My doc has prescribed febrex 650 to be taken along with a antibiotic after breakfast. But the pain is insane especially during the night. I can't even have a liquid juice completely so that I need to take meds later. Please suggest how can I overcome this worst pain ever I have experienced in my life. Please suggest what kind of painkillers can be used.
