Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. PPBS 350 mg means present dosage of insulin is inadequate, plus your diet is not properly controlled and probably there is no adequate exercise. We will have to look all the aspects of the treatment and see if any new drug/s can be added. For which I need to know following things: Fasting, PP blood glucose levels, HbA1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, BP readings, lipid profile. Plus all the drugs that you may be taking. It would be better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation) then I will be able to guide specifically and even prescribe required medication.
