I am a 30 year old man. I have been suffering from fear and panic attack for ten years. Before that I used to have anxiety and I talked out myself and got rid of that often. Then I tried yoga to help myself and it went well for some months. Then one day I got panic attack in my thoughts and this time it completely overwhelmed me. I could not talk myself out of this and my body become very numb after this ,it became too difficult for me to concentrate in any work. Socially I used to be not that active and it became very difficult for me to socialize specially with girls. Old fears are now rises in terms of magnitude. I can't feel my breath. I feel my breathing mostly in upper chaste. Hard work, physical labor are no more luxury for me. Even in my youth my battery level is always drained out. Please suggest me some therapy and medication that can give me back my mojo. I feel myself not living my fullest.

It is very significant that you should have this at the time and age when you were in your late adolescence. There is something related to fear from your childhood that is surfacing seeking a resolution. Go to a counselor immediately and work out this fear. Anxiety is abnormal fear, or you are reacting to normal fear in an abnormal way. At your age the hormones will also trouble you to cause more difficulties, which is why it is so recent. It generally lasts for two years but if you do not resolve it now, you might carry a permanent negative trait into adulthood. In the meantime please do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart?s fitness; meditation for the brain?s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. You may ask your parents about your developmental milestones, including that of your prenatal life to help with the therapy. Obviously meeting members of the opposite sex will make it even worse. You can attend personality development courses, public speaking courses, good conversational courses etc. to further boost your confidence.
