lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Madam, banana whether raw or ripe has enough carbs. About 100 g of raw banana gives 89 calories. There are many minerals and vitamins in small quantity. The list is big. A potato or banana both are carbs only. So for a diabetic person both are to be taken in a restricted quantity. As regards the diabetes there is no mention of blood glucose levels, (fasting, Pp & HbA1c5), so there is no idea whether it is well controlled. Even the name of the tablet is not mentioned. Plus no details about weight, height, diet pattern and extent of exercise. Thanks.
