Hello doctor. While exercising, I did a set of 10 crunches. After a while my abdominal muscles started to pain. I didn't warm up before. Should I continue doing crunches or not?

Should not do crunches without doing warmup. Avoid doing crunches till you are relieved of pain. Next time make sure to do warm up exercises before doing crunches.
