If you don't have good health that will affect your studies and your future. Make proper timing for your food intake and eat frequent small meals with 2 to 2.5 hours gap. Include all different colored vegetables and fruits to get all vitamins and minerals, include good source of protein (egg, chicken. Mutton, fish, milk, all pulses and beans) and take at least 3 liter of water every day. Frequent small meals will help you to improve your BMR. Try to find out at least one hour to do some physical activity, which you can do from home, some skipping, yoga, any other exercise which you can do even from your bed room. At least try to follow proper diet that will help you to maintain your health.
