If tazloc trio 80 is started using to control the high blood pressure. Should be continued for ever or after maintaining the normal BP switched back to tazloc H 40. Please advice.

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly Take salads and fruits more Avoid high salty diet Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Try to stay relaxed These points will help you to reduce your antihypertensive doses Measure your blood pressure regularly and ask your physician to maintain the doses.
