When I was 11 year old I had a braces treatment for 4 years to make my teeth perfect but after braces have removed I did not follow the retainer treatment and now my teeth become like before the braces. So can you tell me there is any way to make my teeth perfect without using braces because now I am 16 years old and I do not want to have braces again on my teeth.
