Hello sir, I have stone in both my kidneys of 4 mm& 6 mm respectively. What's the treatment I should carry to resolve it and is it possible to solve this problem by home treatment.

Respected Sir 1.Noted your query 2.As long as the calculus is in the kidney, it does not cause any pain. 3.Please drink plenty of oral fluids, around 2.5 to 3 litres/ day which would help you to flush out the calculus. 4.Limit excess salt intake in the diet 5.Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in the diet. 6.Restrict animal protein intake like red meat, fish etc. 7.Avoid soft drinks and energy drinks like Red Bull.
