Sir my sister have one lung bigger in size and other one is small in size from childhood, so she was not able to take normal breath when she will do any hard activity. Now she is pregnant and her expected delivery date is 18 Nov 17. Sir please help me to know that she will be fine for normal delivery otherwise cesarean. please help me sir

Hi have you done lung function test if reports are normal then she can undergo normal vaginal delivery. But their are multiple factors which will decide mode of the delivery.
