I have been suffering from heaviness in head, sleeplessness for the past 4 days. The same problem occurs 1 year past. After having nexito forte for 20 days the problem resolves. But it has again come back? So what to do?

Dear lybrate-user Heaviness in head and sleeplesness occurs due to several reasons: such as stressors (may be work or personal), environmental (climatic conditions, any persistent overwhelming emotion), any other co-morbid condition (migraine, cervical headaches, sinusitis, vertigo, eye related issues etc.) which would require careful ruling out of the other symptoms to come to a diagnosis and help you. Because you have had Nexito 1 years back I assume it must be because of persistent stressor or daily hassles, you must be having heaviness and sleeplesness. Stop taking any medicine for this complain. Do Pranayam and Meditation. Exercise five days a week. You will be alright.
