I am 32 year old and suffering from heavy hair fall. I also have 80% grey hair and unfortunately I have to use garner hair colour or other colour available in market. I also have light pigmentation on cheeks. Mere forehead per bhi kaaffi hair fall hua hai or ganjapan ho Gaya hai. The density of hair is also low. Please advice Thanks in anticipation.

Hair fall or loss is a multifactorial problem where hereditary along with environmental factors and diet play an important role. There may be variety of factors responsible such as Iron deficiency along other important nutrients i.e. biotin, vitamin A, zinc.Thus it is important to have a highly nutritious diet rich in protein and iron. One can take biotin tablets . For pigmentation, you may use kojic acid cream.
