I am 23 years old female. I had an operation (corn removal surgery of my right foot) nw it's been more than 4 months that m nt able to walk properly. If I walk for 5 minutes then my foot swelled up. I can't walk by flat foot. I am taking a painkillers but I didn't get any result. M nt able to bend or stretch my fingers nd thumb. In M.R.I reports der is a swelling in metatarsal n fluid also. Now will you pls suggest me what to do now?

Hello mam. I am a podiatrist from Bangalore. Would be glad to help. Corn removal surgery shouldn't be that painful, atleast not for so prolonged period. The swelling in the foot will not be decreased by the pain killers only. If you are having flat foot, then there are different modalities of treatment for them. U can avoid the recurring corns. And as far as the MRI reports you are talking about, it would be more helpful to have a look at those. Do consult me online with the MRI scan copies to understand your problem and guide accordingly.
